At Skye Aesthetics, customer satisfaction and safety is our top priority and we want you to be completely happy and pleased with your order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange or replace your purchase when it is presented back to us within 2 days of delivery and in the condition you received it. All cosmetics items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging for a credit/refund or exchange to be issued. Personalized and monogrammed orders cannot be cancelled or returned.
Returned products should include the Skye Aesthetics packaging, stickers and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. A pickup fee may apply if we have to pick up the item(s) from you. Unfortunately, we cannot exchange, replace or credit opened items, liquids such as soaps, shampoos, conditioners, lotions, perfumes etc. and monogrammed or personalized items.
PRODUCT DEFECT, DAMAGED, OR WRONG SHIPMENT
May be eligible for a full refund of the merchandise if confirmed defective, damaged or wrong item is shipped. Please contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery for an immediate resolution. All defective item(s) claims are subject to inspection and confirmation. For “defective” claims, describe the defect, send us pictures and indicate if you would like a replacement.
Upon inspection, if item(s) is deemed defective or wrong item(s) shipped, an exact replacement, if available, will be shipped to you free of charge. If an exact replacement is out of stock, we will process a full refund back to the same payment method used on the original order.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
Claims for damaged items or discrepancies (for example: missing items in your order) should be submitted within 24-48 hours of merchandise receipt. In the case of shipping damages, we may contact the carrier.
PROMOTIONS/GIFT WITH PURCHASE
If returning an item that qualified for promotional gift, please include the promotional gift with your return to receive a refund to the payment method used. If you choose to keep the bonus gift, your credit amount will be deducted for the gift value.

You may exchange unused items that aren’t exempt from our exchange/return list. Simply send your products and receipt back or call us for pick up.
